Jennifer Boyd, MCMSc, PA-C
Practice Founder/Manager, Jennifer, is a Physician Assistant who received her Masters degree in Clinical Medical Sciences from Barry University. She has nearly 12 years of combined experience in trauma, emergency medicine, and pediatrics. She served as a Physician Assistant in Johns Hopkins All Children’s Pediatric Emergency Center in Saint Petersburg, Florida for 9 years. Jennifer is also a mother of two, Henry (10) and Lillian (5). She was born and raised in Northern Virginia and is a VCU Alumni, “Go Rams Go!”.
Caitlin Donlan, DNP, MSN, CPNP-PC
Caitlin is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from Old Dominion University. She has 10 years of healthcare experience working in inpatient pediatrics, school health, and primary care. With a passion for health and wellness, Caitlin strives to educate and empower the children and families she works with. In her free time, she enjoys experiencing all there is to do in Richmond with her husband, two children, and two chocolate labs.
Dr. Kassandra Phillips, DO, FAAP
Medical Director, Dr. Phillips, moved to RVA in 2020 from West Virginia. She was born and raised in rural WV. She received a BS in Biology from Emory and Henry College in Emory, VA and received her medical degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at West Virginia University Children’s Hospital/WVU School of medicine in 2009. She served the children of rural WV for 11 years, before relocating to RVA.
She is passionate about newborn care and helping new moms adjust to welcoming their new babies home. She has professional interests in breastfeeding counseling and sports medicine, but loves all aspects of pediatric care.
Dr. Phillips is a mom of three, ages 15, 11 and 7 that keep her very busy with sports! In her spare time she enjoys cooking/baking, travel, spending quality time with her children and husband, hitting the gym and watching the WVU Mountaineers play anything!! She looks forward to getting to know you and your family !!

Victoria Corbin, FNP
Victoria Corbin is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Radford University. Victoria has over six years of experience in pediatric and neonatal intensive care. She is originally from Culpepper, Virginia. Her commitment to hard work and continuous learning has allowed her to work in multiple major cities, including Nashville, TN, Washington, DC, San Diego, CA, Seattle, WA, and Winston-Salem, NC. In her free time, she enjoys trying out a new recipe, going on walks with her goldendoodle, Leo, and traveling.
